Ashley Dixon, MSW, LCSW

Ashley provides psychotherapy primarily for patients ages 6-12 who need help addressing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Her treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing techniques, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques. Ashley is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Mental Health Therapist.

Mary has experience with inpatient rehab, inpatient acute (surgical, medical, cardiac, ICU and mental health units), home health and home safety assessments.
