Ekaterina Fedorova, MD was born and raised in the Far East of Russia and moved to the United States in 2006 on an international scholarship. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Idaho and later completed her medical education through international and U.S.-based training, including two years on the island of Saba in the Caribbean. She went on to complete her general surgery residency at MedStar Baltimore and a fellowship in abdominal transplant surgery and research at the University of Wisconsin. She is passionate about rural health and providing comprehensive surgical care to the southwest Wisconsin community.
