Alex M. Horchak, MD is a board-certified urologist with more than 30 years of experience delivering
comprehensive urologic care. He has practiced in a wide range of clinical settings, including private
practice ownership and hospital-based clinics. Dr. Horchak specializes in advanced urologic treatments,
offers evaluation and treatment for conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.
