Southwest Health Receives 2024 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award® for Fifth Consecutive Year

Southwest Health announced they have been named a Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the country’s top hospitals and health systems, according to performance in patient, physician, and employee experience. With this endorsement, Southwest Health is recognized as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Southwest Health has received two awards from Press Ganey, including:

  • Guardian of Excellence for Patient Experience – Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems & Inpatient care
  • Guardian of Excellence for Physician Experience – Hospital

The Guardian of Excellence Award for Inpatient care awards the top 5% of hospitals for inpatient experience scores for four consecutive quarters. This accreditation marks Southwest Health’s fifth consecutive year of receiving the Guardian Excellence award for inpatient Patient Experience. This milestone demonstrates Southwest Health’s ability to maintain high standards in patient-centered care year after year, ensuring that patients receive not only exceptional medical treatment but also compassionate and personalized support throughout their hospital stay.
