Five significant biometric numbers can help you and your Family Medicine Provider can determine if you are at risk for heart disease, the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States.  While heart disease can be a scary topic to think about, it shouldn’t keep you from being proactive when it comes to your heart and overall health!
