Dr. Carr specializes in care for a full range of obstetrical and reproductive patients, including fertility evaluation and treatment. Her gynecology services include everything from adolescent issues to menopause, including irregular periods, contraception, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and incontinence.
Her obstetrical practice offers patients individualized care and treatment plans for traditional to complex pregnancies and labor and delivery services. She performed her undergraduate work at UW-Platteville in Platteville, WI before earning her Medical Degree from UW-Madison School of Medicine & Public Health in Madison, WI. She then completed her residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
“Returning to my hometown to provide women with specialized, cutting edge care is a true honor. I enjoy sitting down with my patients and discovering what we can do to help them live their life to the fullest.” says Dr. Carr.

Personal Interests: In her free time Dr. Carr loves to travel. Passions of hers include both horseback riding and barrel racing. She enjoys spending time outdoors snowmobiling and boating. She is an avid Badger and Packer fan. As a Pioneer Alumni, she enjoys cheering on the Pioneers, too.
