Working in the Eye Center, Dr. Oyen specializes in both optometry and ophthalmology, with a particular interest in advanced surgeries. These include cataract surgery with advanced technology intraocular lenses and microinvasive glaucoma surgery. She also performs oculoplastic surgeries, including repairing droopy eyelids and inward or outward turning eyelids. She brings years of surgical experience with advanced technology to the community where she was raised.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Lauren performs psychiatric evaluations, develops treatment plans, prescribes medication, and continues working with patients to adjust treatments and offer additional guidance and recommendations. Lauren has a special interest in treating adolescents and young adults and working towards the individual’s overall wellness. Lacy J. Taylor,

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Lacy provides psychotherapy to both adults and adolescents at
Southwest Health Behavioral Services outpatient clinic. Lacy has experience working with people with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, thought disorders, adjustment issues, the LGBTQIA+ community, and trauma. Her treatment approaches include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, stress management, EMDR, and art therapy. Lacy uses art therapy to help promote insight, foster self-esteem and self-awareness, and engage the body, mind, and spirit in a way that verbal articulation cannot achieve alone. Kyle Quillin, DO

Dr. Quillin is Southwest Health’s ENT expert, specializing in the treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions, allergy issues, and sinuses for patients of all ages. Dr. Quillin treats conditions including chronic sinus concerns, ear infections, sore throats, and hearing changes. Dr. Quillin helps patients with other conditions, such as head and neck skin cancer removal and treatment of the thyroid. Born and raised in southwest Wisconsin, he has made it his life’s work to improve the quality of life for his patients.
