Reagan Roelli, M.S., CF-SLP, a lifelong resident of southwest Wisconsin, is dedicated to providing speech and language services to patients of all ages. Passionate about supporting individuals in a rural setting, Reagan understands the impact of access to quality rural healthcare. She is committed to helping patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life.

Cody Bertram, DPT, ATC

Cody has experience with orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, sports medicine, and college and high school level athletic training. He has special interests in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine.

Mary Beth Wampfler, MD

Mary Beth Wampfler practices the full-range of Obstetrics and Gynecology from adolescent care, pregnancy, menopause, and everything in between including preventative and routine care. Chloe Bainbridge, OD

Dr. Bainbridge aims to stay educated on the most current, evidence-based optometry practices to provide her patients with innovative and informative care. She believes medicine should be treated as a partnership between patient and provider. She treats her Eye Center patients with the same time, dedication, and commitment that she would invest in those closest to her. Dr. Bainbridge is a southwest Wisconsin native with a passion for ophthalmology and giving back to the community that gave so much to her.

Zachary Olsen,

After working in Veterans Affairs for more than 9 years, Dr. Olsen is excited to be a part of the
personable health system that is Southwest Health. In the Eye Center, Dr. Olsen specializes in both optometry and ophthalmology, with a passion for ocular disease as well as comprehensive eye care. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages, educating and treating patients with the utmost care and compassion.

Kylie has years of experience working in the family medicine clinic at Southwest Health. As a registered nurse before becoming an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, Kylie understands how patient care and

Michelle Hauser, PA-C

Michelle has been a family medicine physician assistant for decades providing complementary and
primary care to patients of all ages. She has a deep commitment to rural healthcare and what it means for our community. Michelle has also spent time as a Community Education Coordinator and an Associate Faculty member at UW-Madison, where she developed a rural health curriculum for the Physician Assistant program. Katie, a lifelong resident of southwest Wisconsin, enjoys caring for patients throughout their lives. Her role in the ENT department is to help patients understand their health and work with them to develop a care plan. It’s important her patients have an active voice and feel confident in their decisions. Understanding how chronic sinus concerns, allergy, ear infections, sore throats, and hearing changes can affect her patients, Katie is enthusiastic about providing Ear, Nose, and Throat services to optimize patient outcomes.
