Our employees are the heart of everything we do. They dedicate their time, energy, and for over 500 employees, a portion of their salary to Employees That Care (ETC). The ETC program allows employees to graciously donate a portion of their paycheck to fund employee-generated projects. To date, these compassionate and generous ETC members give more than $90,000 from their paychecks which has funded over 110 projects, ranging from pediatric patient carts to surgery, hot/cold therapy gloves for chemotherapy patients, mammography room makeovers, and so much more.
