Occupational Therapist

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program required.
  • Current license in the state of Wisconsin as an Occupational Therapist in good standing required.
  • Must be certified with the National Board of Occupational Therapy.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • No prior experience required.

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (36 hours/week) to work days Monday-Friday at our outpatient therapy clinics in Darlington and Cuba City.

Job Summary

Develops, improves, or restores skills in activities of daily living, work or productive activities, play or leisure activities for inpatients, outpatients, home health, SBS, and nursing home patients/residents. Interventions may include design, fabrication, application or training in the use of assistive technology or orthotic/prosthetic devices, application of physical agent modalities and application of ergonomic principles to the performance of occupations. Provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
