Southwest Health to Host Cancer Support Group for Patients, Families, and Community


Southwest Health, in partnership with Gilda’s Club, invites patients, families, and community members to attend a special educational and support workshop, Living with Uncertainty, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 5:30–7:00 PM in the EMS Conference Room at Southwest Health, located at 1350 Eastside Road in Platteville, Wisconsin.

This free workshop is designed to provide a welcoming space for individuals impacted by cancer and other health challenges to learn, connect, and find support. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Presented in collaboration with Gilda’s Club, the program offers meaningful opportunities for education, conversation, and community connection. The session will include a brief welcome and introduction from Southwest Health, followed by a guided presentation led by Gilda’s Club representatives, with additional support from the Southwest Health team.

The workshop is open to oncology patients, their loved ones, and all community members interested in support resources, education, and connection.
