Southwest Health is offering a four-part metabolic health workshop series to help you better understand your body, improve blood sugar levels, and build sustainable habits that last. No extreme diets. No quick fixes. Just practical, evidence-based strategies you can use in real life.

Led by registered dietitian Kelsey Dresen, RDN, CD, and diabetes educator Danielle Leibfried, MS, RN, CDCES, this series breaks down complex health topics into simple, actionable steps:

Session 1: Understanding Metabolic Health

Session 2: Eating for Stable Energy & Satiety

Discover how to build balanced meals that support steady blood sugar and help you feel satisfied.

Session 3: Healthy Habits

Understand how physical activity, sleep, and stress influence metabolism and blood sugar—and Show to use them to your advantage. Guest Speaker: Meghan Noble, RRT-RCP

Session 4: Putting It All Together

Review how small changes, healthy habits, regular exams and lab work all help to improve overall health.
