To help you through the Coronavirus pandemic, we now offer virtual visits for some patients.
How it works
You’re just clicks away from getting online care. Doctors and advanced practitioners can talk with you in person on your phone, computer or mobile device. No appointment needed, though we do schedule many appointments.
At this time, all patients must call us before coming to the hospital or clinic. Call (608) 348-2331. When you call, we may together choose to connect you to a TeleHealth provider.
What it’s for
These are some of the things we may be able to help you with via TeleHealth:
- For cold, flu and other respiratory issues
- Fever
- Rashes and skin care
- Sore throat
- Pain
- Mental health care
Call (608) 348-2331. We can’t treat all issues with TeleHealth, but it could be just what the doctor ordered. It’s safe and can save you time and trouble. So why not try TeleHealth first?
Additional Info
TeleHealth is available during normal daytime clinic hours.
We accept a very wide range of all the usual insurances. Most insurances are now covering TeleHealth visits.
Not all visits can be completed with TeleHealth. It’s a great place to start, but the complexity of your medical care could require an in person visit. We can make that decision together.
This is a confidential visit, much like a visit to the doctor. However, like other online communications, there is a potential for someone to listen in. We have protocol to help us know if that is happening, and we can end your call and schedule an appointment in the unlikely event this were to happen.
