Samantha specializes in sports medicine. She is a certified orthopedic clinical specialist, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a Graston technique expert, and also does evaluation and prescription of custom shoe orthotics. An avid runner, Samantha ran in cross country and track and field throughout high school and into college. In college, she qualified for the NAIA Indoor Nationals meet in the Distance Medley Relay and the NAIA Outdoor Nationals meet in the 4 x 800-meter relay. Samantha truly understands the mechanics of staying fit and healthy as well as maximizing your running experience. She enjoys helping others reach their full potential.
Samantha also teaches a running clinic at Southwest Health. The Running Clinic at Southwest Health is for both beginner and experienced runners. Our highly trained physical therapist will work with you on specific drills to improve your running form.
