Chelsea Hayes, PA-C sees patients in our Urgent Care center as well as in the clinic setting, where she treats patients of all ages, providing a full range of primary and family medical care. She’s especially attuned to educating patients about their health and promoting preventive medicine strategies to improve and maintain her patients’ health. “I am a southwest Wisconsin native, so it feels really good to be able to provide great family care in the same region that raised me.”
Personal Interests: Boating on the river, cheering on the Badgers and Packers, DIY crafts, and spending time with family and friends.
