- Undergraduate Degree — Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse, WI
- Certifications/Training — Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Graston Technique, CPR, and certified in fitting and casting for custom orthotics
Special Interests: Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Injury Prevention, Functional Movement Assessment, Strength and Conditioning, Running/Throwing Mechanics, Return to Sports, Spine Injuries, and Joint Replacement Rehab.
Josh has experience working in a variety of orthopedic facilities with a specific focus on sport injuries, joint replacements, and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has received additional experience pertaining to rehabilitation services that involve workers’ compensation injuries and work-hardening programs. Josh also enjoys teaching running mechanics, assisting with athletes at The EDGE, and acquiring further knowledge on how to best treat his patients.
Personal Interests: Josh is a native of Cuba City, WI and enjoys everything that southwest Wisconsin has to offer. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends, weightlifting, running, boating, swimming, and playing sports.
