As a psychotherapist, Andrews will work with her patients to understand their conditions, moods, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. Rachel has experience working with people with mood disorders, adjustment, trauma, anxiety, relationship, and defiance issues. Rachel utilizes treatment approaches that include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, and EMDR. Rachel uses these approaches to assist clients in improving their insight and self-esteem and help accomplish their mental health goals.
