Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
  • Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
  • Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

Work Hours

We are growing and are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) Physical Therapist to work Monday-Friday in our Platteville Rehab Department. Includes an every 17th weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, and home health patient who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
