Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
• Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work at the Darlington Clinic to works days Monday-Friday, includes an every thirteenth weekend and holiday rotation.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist provides physical therapy services to inpatients, outpatients, SBS, and home health patient/residents who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status resulting from injury, disease, or other causes; provides prevention and wellness services, including screening and health promotion.
