| Job Summary |
Under the general supervision of the physical therapist, works in collaboration with nursing and other staff to provide patient/resident physical therapy services in a variety of setting; inpatient, outpatient, long term care and home health. Follows the treatment plan as developed by the physical therapist and communicates with the physical therapist regarding progress and potential discharge problems. Complies with facility and departmental policies, procedures and regulations. |
