| Job Summary |
Under the general direction of the Manager of Rehab Services, works in collaboration with nursing and other staff to provide patient/resident physical therapy serves in a variety of clinical settings-inpatient, outpatient, long term care, and home health. Designs, organizes, and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs of treatment and resident/patient education. Complies with facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
