For over 50 years, thousands of volunteers, friends and staff have given of themselves to ensure the success of our local health care system. Since 1999, that same devotion has been a part of the success of the Southwest Health Center Foundation. It is only because of the many dedicated individuals, organizations and families who faithfully support the foundation that it has flourished.

Through its growth and development, Southwest Health Center has never lost sight of what is important- the people who live in the communities we serve. Providing high quality health care to each individual has always been a priority. Southwest Health Center Foundation was created with that in mind.

Recently enhancing efforts on the future of health care through a successful capital campaign, the Southwest Health Center Foundation established a strong foundation of its own. Upon accomplishing financial support for the construction of the new health center, the Foundation is now in a position to move forward investing in Southwest Health Center’s future. Gifts to the SHC Foundation have become a tangible way for people to invest in the future of medicine and ultimately, all of Southwest Health Center’s healthcare services. Foundation funds allow Southwest Health Center to upgrade equipment, invest in new medical technologies, expand and enhance services, and respond quickly to future healthcare needs and opportunities.

Leaving a Legacy.
The Southwest Health Center Foundation invites supporters to begin a family legacy. This legacy of supporters will ensure the availability of the Foundation’s services and resources for future generations.
