Patients have the right to a quality of life that supports independent expression, choice, and decision making, consistent with applicable law and regulation. 2. Patients have the right to receive care that respects their personal values, beliefs, cultural and spiritual preferences, and life-long patterns of living. 3. Patients have the right to access transportation services as appropriate to their plan of care. 4. Patients can select their medical, dental, and other licensed independent practitioner care providers. 5. Patients have the right to communicate with their medical, dental, and other licensed independent practitioner care providers. 6.
